Don’t trash my bags
Re: “Will city trash plastic bags? — Council panel to be briefed on ban proposed by Caraway to cut litter,” Monday news story.
Instead of demanding Dallas ban the use of plastic grocery bags by our more than 1.2 million citizens, perhaps Councilman Caraway should put his energy into a “bag disposal education and recycling” campaign to help keep his neighborhoods clean.
